We have a mobile catering unit that is ready to bring the delicious taste of our barbeque to your doorstep! We cater to all kinds of special events including sports tournaments, banquets, wedding receptions, parties, corporate events, graduations, and church dinners; you name it, we can do it! Customize your menu; we can serve buffet style. We can do just about any combination you would like!

Our Standard Menu
Our catering package comes with your choice of 2 types of meat (Brisket, Chicken, Sausage), Ribs are extra, It comes with 2 sides (green beans with bacon, pinto beans, charro beans, Mexican rice, potato salad, mac and cheese, coleslaw). Served with bread, pickles, onions, jalapenos, sauce. All dishes are served in stainless steel chafing dishes. We also provide utensils, paper plates.
We ask for a 15% service charge for serving.
50-80 people $17.00 per person + tax
81-125 people $16.50 per person + tax
126-250 people $16.00 per person + tax
251-500 people $15.50 per person + tax
Additional Meats add $2.00 per person
Additional Sides add $1.00 per person
Pork Spareribs add $3.00 per person
Dessert (optional) add $2.50. per person
Tea or lemonade add $1.50. per person

Fried or smoked turkey - $60.00
Smoked hams - $70.00
Payment options: cash, check, or charge (payable to Imperial Barbeque)
50% non-refundable deposit
A delivery fee is required after 10 miles.
